Gary and Vicky Boyd

Realtor Gary Boyd is originally from East Hanover, New Jersey.  Raised on a farm, Gary and his family were well disciplined in self-sufficiency, and did everything themselves. He’s not one to ask for favors, but is observant and always ready to help others. Gary’s first experience with Florida real estate was when his family made annual visits to the Florida Keys. In locations like Summerland Key and Big Pine Key, the family would buy a shack, fix it up, and sell it. This was well before the term ”flipping homes” was coined.

Gary made the permanent move to Bonita Springs in 1989. He started a landscaping and irrigation business in Port Royal, yet also gained the trust of high-end custom home builders in golf course communities such as Bonita Bay, Mediterra, Shadow Wood, Palmira, The Forest, The Renaissance.
A medical setback caused him to close his business in 2010, yet he has since returned back into real estate sales aid by his wife and partner in real estate, Vicky Boyd. Both have extensive knowledge of Southwest Florida communities of Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and Fort Myers.
